Description:
This line is new generation absorbent cotton production line. We use the
advantage of Germany machine and add the pressing machine. The consistency
of the cotton inside the bleaching tank can reach 0.33kg/m3, the capacity is
nearly double of the old model, it means the water and power nearly will save
half, it needs about 5 hours per circle. The cost is much lower.

1- pressure of the main cylinder: 0.4Mpa
2- temperature : 140℃
3- steam pressure: 0.6Mpa
4- Max. water supply pressure: 0.2Mpa
5- Compressed air: 0.5Mpa
6- Control system: PLC + frequency convert + Siemens or Omron electronic
7- capacity: 1 ton per circle, one circle is 5~6 hours.
